BUYER'S GUIDE

The process of buying a home can be confusing and downright overwhelming. If I had a nickel for every person that gives up on buying a home, I’d have enough to pour a gallon of 93-octane in my gas tank, I’m sure. The home buying process beats them over the head like a left hook from Manny Pacquiao (in slow motion) on a Saturday night in the desert. Boom! Pow! Splat!

That’s why I set out to decode and demystify the home buying process. I got tired of it beating on innocent people looking for their fair share of the (insert cough) American Dream.

The result is this 95-page ebook titled Buyer’s Basics: A Guide to Responsible Homeownership. Yes, that means it has 95 pages. Trust me, had I known what I was embarking on back then, I probably would not have set sail….but I’m very glad I did.

The book is organized into 8 sections that guide you through the entire home buying process. Although I think you should read the book cover to cover (c’mon…it’s a quick read), I understand you may suffer from the infamous ADDs or ADHDs of the modern world, so I designed the book to let you pick and choose the sections you need the most help with. I know, just buy me a drink when you see me coming through. A Grey Goose on the rocks (don't forget the twist of lime) please.

If you’ve ever wondered what the difference between a Prequalification or a Preapproval is, don’t know what a FAR/BAR “As Is” Contract entails or have a puzzled look on your face when someone says “HUD ONE” and you’re nowhere near a football field, wonder no more.
